It’s 2020, Have You Graded Your Efulfillment Services?

Efulfillment Services

Have you EVER graded your efulfillment services?

How about, have you ever taken the time to take charge of business improvements?

It’s easy for other people to tell you what you want and need. But what about what YOUR business wants and needs? Have you ever been able to conduct a comprehensive assessment? One that you can apply to the specific desires and demands of your business? Your company is unique, it’s not just a one-size fits all. You need efulfillment services that understand that.

So take a whack at it and use our free needs assessment to grade your current fulfillment partner. It’s about time. The results might even surprise you.

It’s empowering to discover the areas that you’re excelling in and the areas that might need a little work. And once you know that, you can start moving forward.

Why is it so important to grade?

Grading your efulfillment services on a consistent basis helps you stay on top of your business. It allows you to address areas that are lacking and it allows you to continue emphasizing successful business tactics and practices.

The more up-to-date you can keep your services, the more relevant you’ll be with customers. Things change rapidly in the technological world, and efulfillment can always use a bit of a revamp.

When you allow your customers to see that improvement is always on your mind, they’ll see your dedication and effort. They’ll see that you’re about more than just making money. Maintaining an authentic brand is a valuable and rare commodity, and customers will see right through you if you’re simply putting on a show. Nowadays, transparency is everything.

Grade your services so you can be better

Grading gives you a better feeling of where you stand. Are you providing the best possible services that you can? Don’t you want to know?

Grading allows you to really pick apart the pieces of your business. It’s important for the entire 3PL fulfillment operation to work as a collective whole, but it can only do so if the individual parts are well-oiled and working well.

So consider your customer service. How are your reps? Do your customers enjoy their customer service experience? Or do you make it easy and convenient for customers to get in contact with you? Do your reps answer questions effectively, leaving customers satisfied with your answers?

Consider your warehouse and your pick and pack fulfillment. Is your warehouse outfitted to house products like supplements or health and beauty items? Is it secured with professional personnel and a system that ensures each and every product is exactly where it needs to be at all times? Are your employees experienced enough to handle inventory with the utmost care? Can you trust the hands that are the last to touch your inventory before it gets sent to your customers?

And consider your shipping and delivery. Are packages arriving on time and beautifully boxed? Or are the items inside it accurate and in perfect condition? Are you able to get packages delivered even before the scheduled date?

Renovate your services so you can do better.

If you’re in need of a partner upgrade, look no further. We can help you choose.
